Because all products at pngdesign.store are digital downloads, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations can only be granted for items that have not yet been downloaded.

Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation. If you experience an issue with a file you haven’t downloaded yet or believe a charge was made in error. please reach out to us before downloading and we’ll be glad to help.
